You can either print a shipping label and drop off at designated location, or you can visit us at Aracelis Shoes Store (2372 W. Oakridge Rd. Orlando, FL, 32809) bring your item(s) to meet the team and get your exchange immediately. You will receive an email when your exchange is received and your refund has been processed.

Shipping charges are not refundable and depending on the return method, there is $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
